Matt Omo joins us on Cheeky Tunes Friday Happy Hour to share his sound journey with us. To discuss more about sound, yoga and coaching James McDonald, Himanshu Sharma (Pranayama and Physiology teacher- Rishikesh, India) and Martha Farat (psychologist) will also connect via zoom.
Matt Omo is the founder of Omo Sound Journeys is has been one of the leading voices in the sound healing movement in Australia. He has more than 15 years experience working with a variety of sound healing techniques bridging cultures and traditions from around the world. Matt holds a Masters in Spiritual Psychology, Dip of Sound Healing, Reiki Master, Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Breathworker, with numerous certifications in other healing modalities.

He has been exploring his personal development for the past 6 years exploring modalities having represented for more than 2 years with Success Resources Australia well-known contemporary thinkers in the self-development and success mindset space such as Tony Robbins, Richard Branson and Robert Kiyosaki.

After a career in Human Resources she resumed her counselling career and worked with refugees and asylum seekers from 2013 until 2017 in Perth, Australia. Since June 2017 she has been living in Dharamshala, India, and has been studying Buddhism Psychology and Science of Mind under the guidance of Lobsang Choegyal Rinpoche. She has also been studying Tibetan Language. Martha is particularly interested in the interface between modern psychology and ancient eastern contemplative sciences. Martha has recently got back to Australia from India and is currently in isolation at a hotel in Sydney due to the rules associated with the current circumstances of COVID19 in NSW.
