Shipping Policy

At SweetCheeks Wear, we believe in quality and a personal touch. Every order is hand-packed with care in Sydney-Australia before being sent off to its new home. We keep close communication with our customers at all times.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all addresses within Australia. For international inquiries, please contact us directly at amorlovelamour@gmail.com

2. Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: currently unavailable 

• Express Shipping: AU$ 14.65 available at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Handling Time

Because we are a small, independent business, we personally fulfill every order.

• Handling Time: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be processed and packed.

• We ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding NSW public holidays).

4. Transit Time (Delivery)

We use Australia Post to ensure your package arrives safely. Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Post: 3 to 7 business days.

• Express Post: 1 to 3 business days.

Please note: Total time to receive your order = Handling Time + Transit Time. There may be exceptions when our staff is on leave - which will be notified personally to you.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your package via the Australia Post website.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at amorlovelamour@gmail.com, our Chat, or via Facebook or Instagram (@sweetcheeks_wear - out most active social channel) so we can resolve the issue with Australia Post on your behalf.

7. Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours. We cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
